小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗冠心病合并脑梗死的临床观察

Study on the efficacy of Deproteinised calf blood extract on coronary heart disease complicated with cerebral infarction

目的研究小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗冠心病合并脑梗死的效果。方法 60例冠心病合并脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予小牛血去蛋白提取物,对照组给予胞二磷胆碱,观察治疗效果。结果小牛蛋白提取物治疗心脑血管病、神经功能改善率可达83%,用药前后心电图ST、T变化总有效率80.95%。结论小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗冠心病合并脑梗死具有良好的效果。

Objective To objective the effect of Deproteinised calf blood extract on the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty cases of coronary heart disease complicated with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The teatment group was given Deproteinised calf blood extract,the control group was given Cytidine diphosphate choline.Results The improvement rate of cardio-cerebrovascular disease and nerve function in the teatment group was 83%.The efficiency rate of electrocardiographic changes in before and after treatment was 80.95%.Conclusion Deproteinised calf blood extract can effectively improve coronary heart disease complicated with cerebral infarction.
