妇科内分泌领域抑制素研究的新进展 被引量：4

摘要 近5年随着抑制素双位酶联免疫吸附测定(two-site enzyme linked immunosorbent assays,双位EIJISA)方法的建立,得以精确地分别测定体液中抑制素(Inhibin,INH)的两种活性成分INH_A及INH_B的浓度,使深入地研究它们在女性生殖生理及病理中的作用成为可能,INH在卵泡监测、预测卵巢储备功能等方面的作用已成为临床研究的热点。
