摘要
目的分析研究女性肺癌患者的临床特点及外科治疗状况。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2011年1月期间在我院肿瘤外科进行治疗的42例女性非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料。结果 42例女性患者的发病年龄为41～62岁,主要表现为咳嗽38例、咯血24例、胸痛15例。42例患者中,单纯手术者19例,综合治疗者23例。结论女性肺癌增多,恶性程度高,故临床上早期诊断早期治疗尤为重要。对于有手术指征的患者,尽量选择手术治疗,术后辅助以化、放疗等综合治疗,可以不同程度的提高患者的生存率。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic and clinical treatment of women lung cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 42 patients with lung cancer who were admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011.Results Most of these patients were between 41 to 62 years old and the main appearance of all was as follows：cough in 38 cases,hemoptysis in 24 cases and chest complaint in 15 cases.Among 42 patients,19 cases were treated with simple operation,23 cases were treated with combined therapy.Conclusion The incidence rate of the women 1ung cancer has increased and the disease is deadly.The early diagnosis and proper treatment should be given,the surgical treatment of Lung cancer patients satisfied the clinical efficacy,is worthy of clinical application.
