One Case of Anaphylactic shock death by Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection

目的引起临床医师及药师的重视,促进临床安全用药。方法报告1例注射用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠严重不良反应,分析基本情况并对此提出建议。结果注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠严重不良反应在多重因素影响下,可导致患者死亡。结论应继续加强该药物的不良反应监测。

Objective Aroused the attention of clinicians and pharmacists to promote clinical medication safety.Methods Reported one case of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection,analysis of the basic situation and make recommendations.Results Injection Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for serious adverse reactions under the influence of multiple factors that can lead to patient death.Conclusion Should continue to strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions.
