结合中铁六局洪泰庄职工住宅大楼项目的施工实践,对施工工序安排、主要分项工程施工方法,包括测量放线、基坑的支护结构、土方工程、地下防水施工、回填土,以及在施工中采用的新技术等工艺进行了全面论述,并总结了成功经验,以指导类似工程施工。

Combining with the construction practice of the residential building program for the staff of Hongtaizhuang of China Railway 6th Bureau,the study has the full indication on the arrangement for the construction procedure and the construction methods for major subdivisional program,such as the surveying and setting out,the support structure of foundation pits,the civil project,the underground waterproof project,the backfill soil and the new techniques in the construction,and sums up the successful experience,so as to direct similar projects.
