摘要
以多层砌体结构既有教学楼抗震加固施工为例,结合工程概况提出了结构加固方案,介绍了墙体钢筋网砂浆面层及顶层楼板加固方法,实践证明施工效果较好,从而确保了房屋结构安全,保证生命安全。
Taking the seismic and consolidation construction of existing teaching buildings with multi-story masonry structure as the example,the study points out the structural consolidation scheme by combining with the engineering survey,introduces the wall cast-in-situ network mortar and the consolidation method for the roof,and proves by the practice that the construction effect is better,so the method ensures the safety of the house structure and guarantee the life safety.
