摘要
概述了供配电系统在传输电能过程中的作用及在整个电力系统中所处的地位,分析了构成供配电系统内容属性的四种方式,以及由这四种方式来决定的供配电系统的安全性、可靠性、合理性、整体性,最后对如何简化供配电系统中应急电源供电系统的接线提出了供同行们探讨的意见。
This paper summarized the effect of power supply and distribution system in the electrical energy transmission and the position in the whole power system,analysed four ways formed the content attributes of power supply and distribution system,as well as the safety,reliability,rationality,integrity of power supply and distribution system decided by the four ways.Finally presented opinions for the colleagues to explore how to simplify the connection of emergency power supply system in power supply and distribution system.
