摘要
通过研究高速铁路大胜关伸缩调节器铺设施工工艺、研究伸缩调节器和500 m长轨条之间的现场焊接、锁定及应力放散并检测大胜关伸缩调节器铺设过程中的几何尺寸和锁定后需要达到的几何尺寸,分析确定合理的铺设方式,以使大胜关伸缩调节器的铺设能满足高速铁路的要求。
The paper studies the expansion joint paving technology of Dashengguan Bridge,discusses the site wielding,locking and stress spread between expansion joint and track with 500 m in length,and explores the sizes and lock in expansion joint paving process,and determines rational paving methods,so as to make the expansion joint paving of Dashengguan bridge meet the high-speed railway demand.
