摘要
针对可能导致面板出现裂缝的各种因素,对某面板堆石坝建立三维有限元的数值分析模型,采用邓肯—张E—B模型模拟堆石体的本构模型,模拟分析了在影响施工过程中温度及温度应力的各项因素下混凝土面板内温度及温度应力的变化过程,并模拟分析了草席保护和泡沫保护两种措施对面板温度应力的影响,分析结果表明,采取表面保护措施可以有效地削减气温骤降时面板的降温幅度,从而降低混凝土内的拉应力。
According to all sorts of factors for cracks on the face,the study establishes the three-dimensional finite element numeric analysis model at some fact rockfill dam,adopts the Duncan Chang E—B model to simulate the constitutive model of the rockfill,simulates and analyzes the change process for the temperature and the temperature stress in the concrete face under all the factors which influence the temperature and temperature stress during the construction,and analyzes the influence on the face temperature stress with the mat protection and the foam protection,and proves by the analysis result that the surface protection measure can effectively decelerate the cooling extent of the face when the temperature clashes and reduce the tensile stress in the concrete.
