摘要
将全面质量管理的PDCA循环方法应用到铁路建设项目设计阶段的投资控制,介绍了连盐铁路初步设计投资控制方法、过程及成果,指出采用PDCA循环模式较好地解决了投资控制中存在的问题,值得推广。
The comprehensive quality management PDCA recycling method is applied in the investment control of railway construction project at the design phase.The paper introduces the investment control method,process and achievements of Lian-Yan Railway at preliminary design phase,and points out that PDCA recycling mode can better solve problems existing in investment control,which is worth promoting.
