摘要
针对建设项目投资管理中普遍存在的"三超"现象,结合实际管理中的经验教训,从建设项目各个阶段对建设项目投资控制具体措施进行了分析探讨,以期确保在投资目标范围内完成项目建设工作。
Aiming at the＂three excesses＂phenomenon common in the investment management of construction projects,combined with the lessons learned in the actual management,investment in construction projects to control the specific measures from the various stages of construction projects was analyzed and discussed,so as to ensure the accomplishment of the program construction within the range of investment aims.
