低能量氦氖激光血管内照射治疗海洛因依赖者的实验研究

Effect of intravascular laser irradiation of blood on heroin addicts

目的 探讨低能量He Ne激光血管内照射 (intravascularlaserirradiationonblood ,ILIB)治疗海洛因依赖者的作用机理。方法 观察了 2 0例海洛因依赖者经ILIB后 ,血浆睾酮 (testosterone ,T)、内皮素 (endothelin ,ET)、β 内啡肽 ( β endorphin ,β EP)和戒断症状的变化。 结果 海洛因依赖者血浆T和 β EP明显低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,内皮素明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ;ILIB后 ,血浆T和 β EP含量较治疗前明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,内皮素无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,戒断症状分数明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;纳洛酮促瘾后 ,血浆T和 β EP含量下降至治疗前水平 ,内皮素含量无明显变化 ,戒断症状分数上升。 结论 ILIB可能是通过提高海洛因依赖者血浆 β EP水平 ,而改善下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴功能和降低戒断症状分数。

Objective To evaluate effects and mechanism of intravascular laser irradiation of blood(ILIB) at lower energy on heroin addicts. Methods Change of testosterone (T)、endothelin (ET)、β endorphin (β EP) and scores of abstinence syndrome were analyzed.Results T and β EP of heroin addicts were much lower than those of normal group(P< 0.01 ),but ET was higher (P< 0.01 ).T and β EP in heroin addicts' plasma were obviously increased after ILIB. The scores of abstinence syndrome were decreased (P< 0.01 ).ET in serum was not changed. After naloxone challenges ,T and β EP were down to the level before ILIB. ET was no change. The scores of abstinence syndrome were obviously increased.Conclusion Mechanism of ILIB might be that ILIB improved the hypothalamic pituitary gonadal function and controlled abstinence syndrome through increasing β EP.
