This paper summarizes the university mathematics education are facing problems and difficulties, combinied with probability and mathematical statistics course, the characteristics and the status of the teaching of several aspects, discussion and research probability and mathematical statistics of teaching reform of problems, and combined with actual situation school specific, and put forward some effective improve the teaching quality of the course of new suggestion.
