摘要
目的 :观察脑动脉微栓子信号 (MES)的基本特征 ,结合 TCD- 8软件分析检测 MES的敏感性和特异性。方法 :采用双通道 TCD和 TCD- 8软件检测 4例机械心瓣膜患者的脑动脉 MES。结果 :2例发现 MES信号 ,MES相对强度为 14~34 (2 6 .5± 4.9) d B,时间延迟为 0 .5~ 2 0 .3(中位数为 5 .3) ms,TCD- 8软件检测 MES的敏感性为 6 4.2 0 % ,特异性为 6 9.33%。结论 :双通道 TCD不仅是研究 MES基本特征的有效方法 ,也为识别、检测 MES提供了新方法 ,但在线状态下人工判断仍是必需的。
Objectiev:To study the basic characteristics of cerebral arterial microembolic signals (MES),and analyze the sensitivity and specificity of detection of MES using bigated transcranial Doppler(TCD) Method:the MES were detected using bigated transcranial Doppler(TCD) in 4 patients with mechanical heart valve Results:MES were detected in 2 patients MES relative intensity was 14~34(26 5±4 9)dB,the time was delayed 0 5~20 3(median 5 3)ms Bigated TCD presented sensitivity of 64 20% and specificity of 69 33% Conclusion:Bigated TCD is a valuable way to study the basic characteristics of MES We think that bigated TCD adds a new dimension detecting MES,but detection of MES on line depends on an experienced investigator
