摘要
太阳能水温水位传感器是现在太阳能生产制造商都在争相研究的课题,但是,现在市面上销售的太阳能水温水位传感器大都是接触式的,在各个地方还存在很多使用腐蚀性水质的用户,对太阳能水温水位传感器的使用寿命大打折扣。我们对此设计了一款新型的感应式水温水位传感器。它是基于芯片C8051设计的一款把模拟量的水温水位转换成可识别电压信号的装置[1、2]。共有四个利用感应原理制作的监测点,用来代表不同的水位,不仅具有很好的抗干扰性能而且还存在体积小、安装简单的优势。
water level and temperature sensor in manufacturers are studying. Most water level and solar water heater is a hot subject that all water heater temperature sensors in solar water heater sold now are contact type; even in some places, the water is corrosive, which will seriously reduce the sensors' lifetime. Under this condition, we have designed a new induction type water level and temperature sensor. It is a kind of equipment that is designed based on chip C8051, and can change the water level and temperature to discernible voltage signal. It has four monitoring points adopted by induction principle, these four points stand for different water level. This kind of sensor has great anti-interference performance, and it also has smaller volume and much easier to install.
