摘要 应用大型有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,采用热力耦合大变形模拟方法对H型钢9道次热连轧过程进行了数值模拟。以某钢铁有限公司现场的轧制条件、工艺参数为基础,对连轧模拟参数进行了设置,模拟分析了热连轧H型钢变形过程中稳定部位的应力、应变分布以及金属流动规律,为连轧H型钢的均匀变形、改进产品质量提供了基础。 Numerical simulation of hot continuous rolling process of H-shaped steel was carried on with the large scale FEM software ANSYS/LS-DYNA and the method of thermal coupling large deformation simulation. On base- ment of on-site roiling conditions and process parameters applied in a iron and Steel Limited CoMPany roiling condi- tions, the continuous roiling simulation parameters were set up. Through simulation analysis of the process of deform- ation and stability of H - shaped steel during hot roiling such as the stress, the strain distribution and metal flow etc, was simulated. The result provide basement for H-shaped steel deformation smoothly and improving the product quality.
