Theoretical research of ‘Vertigo indicates gradual progress of stroke’

众所周知,眩晕症是中风病最常见的先兆症状之一,由于中风病具有"三高一低"的特点,因此,重视眩晕症候在早期防范中风的发生尤为重要;本文通过对朱丹溪提出的"眩运者,中风之渐也"理论进行系统的文献整理,分析这一理论的来龙去脉,阐述其深刻含蕴,为中风先兆理论研究提供依据,为临床防治中风提供有效参考。

As we all know, vertigo is one of the indicating symptoms of stroke. As stroke is well known of the ＇ three highs and one low＇ characteristic, it＇ s important to pay special attention to the symptom of vertigo in order to prevent stroke before its onset. Based on literature review of Zhu Danxi＇ s ＇ Vertigo indicates gradual progress of stroke＇ , the historical development of this theory is analyzed to reveal its profound connotation. The research provides supportive evidence for the theoretical research of stroke indicatives, and clinical application for diagnosing and preventing of stroke.
