改进治疗措施对降低甲亢手术并发症作用的分析

An analysis of improved peri operative management on reducing of complications following hyperthyroid operations

目的 探讨降低甲亢手术并发症的措施。方法 将我院 A组 (前期手术 )的 70例与 B组 (后期手术 )的 81例甲亢手术的病人作了相应的比较。结果 A组发生各种并发症共计 1 4例次 ,而 B组无手术并发症发生。结论 充分的术前准备、手术方式及术后用药的改进 ,对预防手术并发症的发生具有重要的作用。

Objective To evaluate the improved peri operative management for reducing operative complications following hyperthyroid operations Methods The post operative complications were compared in two cohorts,the group 1 consisted of 70 patients who had the operations from 1973 to 1983,and the group 2,81 patients who had the operations with improved peri operative management from 1984 to 1995 Results Various complications occurred in 14 cases in group 1,but none in group 2 Conclusions Adequate peri operative management plays an important role on reducing the operative complications in hyperthyroid operations
