氯吡格雷联用阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

目的:观察氯吡格雷(波立维)联用阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将207例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组102例患者给予静脉滴注注射用奥扎格雷钠80mg,2次/日,治疗组105例患者给予氯吡格雷片75mg,1次/日,阿司匹林片100mg,1次/日,14天1个疗程,观察治疗结束后2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈36例,显著进步41例,进步14例,总有效率87.5%,对照组治愈16例,显著进步35例,进步20例,总有效率70.0%,两组疗效比较,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷(波立维)联用阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,安全可靠。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of clopidogrel hydrogen sulphate tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets in treatment of actue cerebral infarction.Methods：207 patients with actuce cerebral infarction were divided randomly into two groups.102 cases in control groups were instilled intravenously 80mg ozagrel sodium for injection two times a day.105 cases in treatment group were administered 75mg clopidogrel hydrogen sulphate tablets once a day,and 100mg Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets once a day,14 days is a course of treatment in both groups.The clinical effects were studied after the trial.Results：36 cases were cured,41 were improved remarkably and 14 were improved in treatment group.The general effective rate is 87.5%,16 cases were cured,35 were improved remarkably and 20 were improved in control group.The general effective rate is 70.0%,After comparison,the curative effect in treatment group has a marked advantage of that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of clopidogrel hydrogen sulphate tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on the actue cerebral infarction is definite and it is safe to administer clopidogrel hydrogen sulphate tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets.
