人乳头瘤病毒基因分型在宫颈病变中的应用

目的:探讨人乳头瘤病毒基因分型在宫颈病变中的应用。方法:对1452例无症状健康体检妇女开展的以宫颈液基细胞学检查和阴道镜检查为主要手段的合并肉眼检查先后涂以3%醋酸或10%碘酸钾试验为辅的宫颈癌筛查[1]。同时,进行反身点杂交法进行人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因分型。结果:1452例体检者中检出人乳头瘤病毒147例(10.1%),其中低危险型别感染5例,高危险型别感染140例,低、高危险型别混合感染2例,对检查阳性者,均进行宫颈组织活检,术后随诊。结论:人乳头瘤病毒基因分型检查,提高宫颈癌前病变的早期诊断和治疗极为重要,可是宫颈病的诊断提前到临床前癌。同时,人乳头瘤病毒基因分型检查可作为评估预后的参考指标。

Objective：to study the human papilloma virus genotyping applications in cervical lesions.Methods：On 1452cases in I homes gynecological outpatient doctor and hospital patients,and no symptoms of health women carried out of to cervical liquid base cytology check and vaginal mirror check for main means of merged naked eye check has coated to 3%acetate and 10% iodate potassium test supplement of cervical cancer sieve check,while for reverse points hybrid method（RDB）for people nipple tumor virus（HPV）gene min type.Results：1452 checked out 147 cases of human papilloma virus（10.1%）,in which low-risk type infections in 5 cases,140 cases of high risk type infections,low and high risk type mixed infection in 2 cases,checks-positive persons,cervical biopsy,follow-up after hand.Conclusion：Human papillomavirus genotyping checks to improver early diagnosis and treatment of cervical precancerous lesions are extremely important,but before the diagnosis of early cervical cancer clinical cancer.At the same time,genotyping of human papilloma virus checking can be used as reference indicators for assessing prognosis.
