探讨Ⅱ类2分类错合正畸治疗前后硬组织的变化

目的:探讨直丝弓矫治器矫治成年患者Ⅱ类2分类错正畸治疗前后硬组织的变化。方法:收治Ⅱ类2分类错合患者13例,运用直丝弓矫治器进行治疗,治疗前后的X线头影测量研究。结果:13例患者治疗前后硬组织变化指标变化:L1-Apo(mm)、<L1-Apo、L1-NB(mm)、<L1-NB、<L1-MP、U1-APo(mm)、<U1-Apo、U1-NA(mm)、<U1-NA、<U1-SN治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),<MP-FH、Ptm-6(mm)、ANB、SNB、SNA指标比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Ⅱ类2分类错患者经过上颌拔牙矫治后,面形有所改善,取得了理想的矫治效果。

Objective：To study the straight silk bow your brace is correction of adult patients Ⅱ 2 classification wrong tooth and orthodontic treatment before and after the change of hard tissue.Methods：From 2011 sets in April to December 13 cases of type 2 treatment classification malocclusion patients,use straight silk bow your brace is treatment,before and after treatment of the X thrum measurement research.Results：13 patients before and after treatment hard tissue changes index changes：L1-Apo（mm）,L1-Apo,L1-NB（mm）,L1-NB,L1-MP,U1-Apo（mm）,the U1-Apo,U1 making（mm）,the U1 making,the U1-SN before and after treatment with significant difference（P0.05）,MP-FH,Ptm-6（mm）,ANB SNB,SNA index,there were no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ⅱ class 2 classification and wrong tooth patients after maxillary tooth after correction,face form has been improved,make the ideal treatment effect.
