探讨子宫动脉多普勒在妊娠期高血压疾病中预测妊娠不良结果

目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病中子宫动脉多普勒在妊娠不良结果的临床意义。方法:收治妊娠期高血压患者45例,同时收集同期子宫动脉多普勒正常组产妇45例,并随访至产后,比较两组之间分娩周数,新生儿体重、早产、胎儿生长受限(FGR)的差异。结果:45例妊娠期高血压产妇子宫动脉多普勒表现:22例产妇多普勒出现双侧舒张早期切迹,23例出现单侧舒张早期切迹。两组间的胎龄、新生儿体重、早产及FGR间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),子宫动脉多普勒(X1)异常是惟一能够预测不良结局的指标。结论:子宫动脉多普勒异常是预测妊娠不良结局的有效指标,对母婴预后评估有着重要的意义。

Objective：To investigate the hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,uterine artery Doppler in pregnancy,adverse outcomes of clinical significance.Methods：Set I in our hospital to give birth in hospital in January 2011～December 45 gestational hypertensive pregnant women,while 45 cases of maternal collected over the same period of uterine artery Doppler normal group,and follow-up to the post-partum,were compared between the delivery weeks,birth weight,premature birth,fetal growth restriction（FGR）differences.Results：45 cases of gestational hypertension maternal uterine artery Doppler performance：22 cases of maternal Doppler have bilateral early diastolic notch,23 cases with unilateral early diastolic notch.Between the two groups of gestational age,birth weight,premature birth and FGR between significant differences（P0.05）,uterine artery Doppler（X1）,exceptions are only able to predict adverse outcomes indicators.Conclusion：Uterine artery Doppler abnormalities predict an effective indicator of poor pregnancy outcomes assessment has an important significance on maternal prognosis.
