老年2型糖尿病并发周围神经病相关因素研究

目的:探讨2型糖尿病并发周围神经病变(DPN)发生的危险因素,为进一步预防其发生提供依据。方法:2型糖尿病患者135例,分为糖尿病组61例和糖尿病合并DPN组74例。结果:两组患者文化程度构成比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中糖尿病合并DPN组患者小学或文盲43.75%高于糖尿病组的15.49%;两组患者收缩压、舒张压、BMI、HDL-C、TC、HbA1c比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);糖尿病合并DPN组年龄、病程、LDL-C和TC/HDL-C明显高于糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示:年龄、文化程度和病程与DPN的发生有相关性,OR值分别为1.09、0.37和2.13,其中文化程度为保护性因素,年龄和病程为危险因素。结论:DPN的发生与糖尿病患者的年龄、文化程度和病程有关,其中文化程度为保护性因素,年龄和病程为危险因素。

Objective：To investigate the type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy（DPN）risk factors,in order to provide a basis to further prevent its occurrence.Methods：135 cases of type 2 diabetes,divided into diabetic group of 61 patients,diabetic patients with DPN group of 74 cases.Results：Two groups were educational level,the difference was statistically significant P0.05,one group of diabetic patients with DPN primary or illiterate than the diabetic group accounted for 43.75% 15.49%;Two groups of patients with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,BMI,HDL-C,TC,HbA1c,the difference was not statistically significant P0.05;diabetic patients with DPN group age,duration,LDL and TC/HDL-C was significantly higher than the diabetic group,the difference was statistically significant P0.05;Logistic regression analysis showed that：age,educational level and the course and relevance of the occurrence of DPN,OR values,respectively,1.09,0.37 and 2.13,where the degree of protection of cultural factors,age and duration as risk factors.Conclusion：Of DPN in patients with diabetes age,educational level and duration,of which the degree of protection of cultural factors,age and duration of risk factors.
