摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病周围神经病(DPN)的神经电生理特点。方法:对150例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者进行神经传导速度(NCV)和F波检测。结果:150例患者,神经电生理检测异常128例,异常率85.33%。结论:神经电生理检测对DPN的早期诊断,早期治疗有着重要意义。
Object：To investigate the diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）neural electrophysiological characteristics.Method：150 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）patients underwent nerve conduction（NCV）and F wave detection.Result：in 150 cases of T2DM,neural electrophysiological abnormalities in 128 cases,abnormal rate of 85.33%.Conclusion：the electrophysiological examination of DPN in the early diagnosis,early treatment is important.
