摘要
临床带教是护理教育的重要组成部分,是理论教学向临床实践的过渡,因此,带教质量的优劣直接关系到能否培养合格的专业人才问题。目的:实习护生通过临床实习掌握专科技能和知识。方法:每轮护生入科后首先由教学组长介绍科室的基本情况,然后安排给各位带教老师专人带教。带教过程中做到理论与实践相结合。结果:护生能成功掌握专科的护理技术操作、健康教育内容,适应护患角色的转换。结论:严谨的带教作风培养了护生的综合素质,提高了教学质量。
