双歧杆菌与莫沙必利联用治疗老年慢性功能性便秘的疗效观察

目的:分析双歧杆菌与莫沙必利联用治疗老年慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:符合罗马Ⅱ诊断标准[1],72例老年慢性功能性便秘患者随机分成两组,观察组口服双歧杆菌与莫沙必利,对照组口服酚酞片。疗程为4周,疗程结束后分别观察两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果显著,总有效率为94.5%,对照组为72.2%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌与莫沙必利合用治疗老年功能性便秘效果确切、显著、安全。

Objective to analyze the colon bacillus and sand will the treatment of senile chronic functional constipation clinical curative effect. Methods： lI diagnosis standard with Rome, 72 elderly patients with chronic functional constipation random average into two groups, the observation group oral colon bacillus and mossa will the, the control group of oral phenolphthalein. Treatment for 4 weeks after treatment were observed the treatment effect of the two groups. Results： the colon bacillus and mossa will the observation group treated with the obvious effect, the total effective rate was 94. 5% ,the com- parison group total effectiveness 72. 2% , observation group total effectiveness significantly higher than those in the control group, the two groups of comparisons are statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： colon bacillus and mossa will share the treatment of senile functional constipation effect significantly, exact, safety, and promote the use of clinical.
