Affection of Wind on the Drug Production Zone and Workshop

良好的生产区和生产厂房的环境是提高药品质量的条件之一。主导风向是设置生产区的重要参考条件 ,以降低来自环境的不良影响。本文分析了不同风向和强度对不同生产厂房环境带来的影响及其原因 ,并从理论上探讨了药品生产区和不同净化级别厂房的设置方法。

Good environment of production zone and workshop is one of the conditions for improving the drug quality. In order to decrease the harmful effect from environment, the leading direction of wind should be considered as an important reference factor for setting up a drug production zone. The effects on different workshops caused by the different direction and strength of wind, and the reason are analyzed in this paper. The design of production zone and workshop position for the requirement of different cleaning degree is discussed theoretically.
