摘要 目的:探讨使用CT和MRI技术在脑弥漫性轴索损伤诊断中的作用。方法:对己经确诊为脑弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)患者26例的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果:26例患者都分别使用了CT和MRI技术诊断,其中CT发现病灶数73个,MRI发现的病灶数达217个,二者在发现病灶数量上相比,差异较为显著(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。特别对脑内出现的非出血性病灶的敏感度,MRI诊断效果优于CT诊断效果,同时在对于一些特别区域如脑干部分,胼胝体部位的诊断情况上,MRI同样具有较敏感的优势(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:CT和MRI两种技术在脑弥漫性轴索损伤诊断过程中都为疾病的治疗提供了影像的依据,但是MRI在诊断脑弥漫性轴索损伤的方面较CT有非常显著的优势。 Objective:To study the use of CT and MRI technology in diffuse axonal injury diagnosis in the role. Methods:Has been diagnosed with diffuse axonal injury ( DAI ) of patients with clinical data of 26 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 26 patients were used respectively the CT and MRI technology diagnosis, including CT found lesions number is 73, and the focus of the MRI found that number up to 217, and both found in the number of lesions than is significant difference( P 〈 0. 01 ) , has a statistical significance. Special to appear in the brain of a hemorrhagic lesions of sensitivity, MRI diagnosis effect is better than that of CT effect, and in for some special regions such as the brain stem parts , parts of thecorpus callosum diagnosis,MRI also has the advantage of more sensitive ( P 〈 0. 05 ), with a statistical significance. Conclusion: CT and MRI two technology in diffuse axonal injury in the process of diagnosis and the treatment of diseases is the basis of provide the images, but MRI in diagnosis diffuse axonal injury is an obvious advantages CT.
