摘要
病历资料患者，女，48岁，发现左上臂肿物20天。患者于20天前无意中发现左下臂有一约拇指头大小肿物，无疼痛，无发热，肿物逐口增大明显，来诊时肿物如鸡蛋大小。发病后5天曾到某医院就诊，考虑炎性病变，给予“头孢曲松钠”注射2天，症状无好转。
