PCR技术在亲子鉴定中的应用

Study of paternity identification with polymerase chain reaction

将PCR技术运用于亲子鉴定 ,改进亲子鉴定的方法 ,以提高亲子鉴定的水平。方法采用CSFlPO、THOl、TPOX、vWF40IVS位点进行DNA扩增 ,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离及银染显带分型。结果 2 9例亲子鉴定案 ,有 2 0例不能排除父子关系 ,其中 14例的RCP值≥ 99 73 % ,得到肯定父子关系的结论 ,认定率为 87 5 %。结论与血型系统遗传标记鉴别能力相比较 ,DNA技术检测的遗传标记其鉴别、认定能力大为提高 ,说明PCR技术是目前亲子鉴定的有力工具。

Objective To evaluate the values of polymerase chain reaction(PCR) for paternity identification.Methods CSFIPO,THOl, TPOX,VWP40IVS were used tested and DNA was amplified by PCR.The PCR products were analyzed by SDS-PAGE.Results 20 of 29 cases did not excluded relation with paternity on identification. 14 cases PCR were percented (PCR≥99.73%).Conclusion PCR method was more useful than home blood type to identify paternity.
