人工全膝关节表面置换术治疗重症膝关节病

Operation treatment of total knee replacement for the patients with severe gonarthrosis

分析人工膝关节表面置换术 (TKR)治疗重症膝关节病的效果及影响因素。方法本组 3例 4膝。 3膝为重症骨关节炎 ,1膝为全关节结核 ,均采用国产假体行TKR。结果平均随访 1年 ,疼痛基本消失 ,关节活动范围均可达 0°～ 90°。X线片示负重力线好 ,假体无松动。结论TKR是解决重症膝关节病疼痛、畸形 ,恢复功能十分有效的方法。

Objective To analyze treatment effect and affect factors with TKR to severe gonarthrosis.Methods Three cases (4 knees, 3 severe gonarthrosis and 1 TB of knee) were performed TKR with domestic prostheses.Results The gonalgia relieved and the ranges of the knee joint motion were 0°-90° in follow-up for and average period of one year of all cases. Radiologically the weight bearing axis has become normal and the knee of prosthesis did not loosening.Conclusion TKR was a effective methods to relieve pain,correct deformity and recover the function of patients with severe gonarthrosis.
