社区高血压患者社区管理和治疗体会探讨

目的:探讨社区高血压患者社区管理和治疗体会。方法:选择社区高血压患者200例,随机分成社区干预组和对照组,干预组给予药物治疗的同时实施社区规范化管理措施,对照组单纯给予药物治疗,3个月1个疗程,观察两组血压控制情况。结果:经社区干预管理,干预组降压的总有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对社区高血压患者实施社区管理干预措施,可明显提高社区高血压病患者的降压效果,优于单纯药物治疗。

Objective：To explore the community hypertension patients of community management and treatment. Methods： 200 cases of hypertension patients in community, were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, the intervention group were given the drug treatment at the same time the implementation of community measures of standardized management, the control group only received drug treatment, a course of 3 months, two groups were observed on blood pressure control. Results： the community intervention management, intervention group of the buck in the total efficiency was significantly higher than that in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： the implementation of community management of hypertension patients in community intervention measures, can significantly improve the community hypertension patients on antihypertensive effect, is better than drug therapy.
