摘要
以灯芯草为试验材料,研究了低温条件下灯芯草部分生化指标对重金属铜胁迫的响应。试验结果显示,在重金属铜胁迫下,灯芯草植株的形态将会发生一定变化,低浓度铜对灯芯草叶绿素合成有一定的促进作用,而较高浓度铜易造成植株叶片失绿,影响植株生长;随着处理时间的延长,植株细胞膜脂发生严重过氧化,细胞内MDA的含量出现先升高后降低的趋势;而O2-在较高浓度铜的胁迫下产生更快,其含量随处理时间的延长也出现先升高后降低的趋势。
Juncus effusus was chosen as experimental material to research the responses of part of biochemical indexes of Juncus effusus to copper stress under low temperature. The experimental results showed that under copper stress, morphology of Juncus effusus plant would change at a certain level, low concentration of Cu^2+ had certain promoting effect on synthesis of chlorophyll in Juncus effusus, while higher concentration of Cu^2+ would easily cause leaves losing chlorophyll thereby influencing plant growth; with treating time passed by, membrane lipids in plant occurred serious peroxidation, and the content of MDA in cells showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing; O2- produced faster under higher concentration of Cu^2+ stress, and its content also showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with treating time passed by.
