摘要
目前,关于高职文秘专业毕业生就业竞争力问题存在两种观点,一种认为该专业就业率高,竞争力强;一种认为该专业就业质量不高、就业对口率低、职业稳定性低、职业晋升空间小,缺乏竞争力。从"核心竞争力"理论视角看,高职文秘专业在长期的发展中形成"核心刚度",发展模式固化,失去专业"核心能力",从而失去核心竞争力。高职文秘要建设"核心竞争力",必须走出"核心竞争力"与就业竞争力、投机竞争力的认识误区,创新核心能力。
Presently, vocational college secretarial major graduates are faced with their employment competitiveness problems, about which are two different views: one considering secretarial majors enjoy a high employment rate, the other regarding such secretarial majors suffer from the low employment quality, the employment not quite to their major needs, or of low occupational stability, or of small occupational promotion space, or of the lack of competitiveness. From the core--competitiveness perspective, vocational college secretarial majors, due to the long time increaseintheir core inflexibility, have been trained with an inflexible model so as to lose the core capacity of core competitiveness. Such majors must choose to avoidthe core competitiveness, the employment competitiveness, and speculative competitiveness misun- derstandings in order to cultivate a genuine core capacity.
