An Expression of Deliberative Politics from City Grassroots——A case of Mao Tsetung discourse corner in the square of some block in Z city

多数对中国底层政治行动的研究聚焦在有具体利益诉求的抗争性政治。通过一个毛泽东政治话语角案例的描述,探讨底层社会存在的一种泛利益基础上的"话语政治"现象。分析其心理发生过程、特点、性质、策略选择、可能的后果及影响,揭示其政治学意义,并就程序政治、表达权保障、政治心态关注等社会管理问题进行思考。

The majority of studies on grass--roots＂ political behavior in China focus on such a contentious politics as a certain interest demand. This paper probes into the deliberative politics based on a uni- versal interest lying in grass--roots, analyses its psychogenesis, characteristics, essence and possible re- sults and effect, and discovers its significances in politics. At the same time, the issues on social manage- ment such as procedure politics, expression security, and political psychology, etc. are also discussed.
