摘要
在开发钢框架CAD系统的基础上通过对满应力优化算法的改进与拓展,将浮动应力指数法用于空间钢框架的优化设计;在结构整体优化方面,拓展了空间梁单元基于刚度的构件重要性的评估方法,在满应力优化的基础上对构件的应力比限值进行不同层次的修正,以各杆的惯性矩作为设计变量,每次迭代进行一次内力分析,然后走一个满应力步,根据相关的应力比结果进行位置移动,并最终收敛到优化的较优解.理论推导和算例表明,所给出的方法能够有效地反映结构中存在的薄弱环节,为结构实用优化技术的实现提供了必要的理论依据.
In the development of the steel frame CAD system based on full stress optimization, the floating stress index method based on the improvement and development is used for space steel frame structure optimization. In the overall optimization, extending the stiffness of the component importance evaluation method, in the full stress optimization based on the components of the stress ratio for different levels of correction, with each rod moment of inertia as the design variables, each iteration of an internal force anal- ysis, and then a full stress step is taken, eventually converging to the optimal solution of optimization. Examples and theory prove that the new method can reflect the relative importance of element in structures and provide the theoretical base for practical optimization.
