脑出血术后阵发性自主神经不稳与肌张力不全1例报告
摘要
阵发性自主神经性不稳与肌张力不全（paroxysmalautonomic instability with dystonia，PAID）表现为显籍激动、人汗、高热、商m碰、心动过速及呼吸增怏，伴肌张力增高及仲性姿势的一种综合征，常为发作性。由于临床表现小易为人多数神经外科医师所了解，常常漏诊、误诊，而其疗效和预后常取决于及时的诊治，故早期诊断，早期治疗砸得尤为币要。脱报道1例高血压脑出血术后患者出现PAID，许分析其临床特点及治疗。
