组织因子阳性微颗粒及其在静脉血栓形成中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 深静脉血栓形成是创伤性颅脑损伤患者常见的并发症,约占单纯创伤性颅脑损伤患者的3%左右,在合并颅脑损伤的多发伤患者中占23%^[1]。深静脉血栓继发肺动脉栓塞对患者生命构成强大威胁^[2]。最近10年来微颗粒在静脉血栓形成过程中的作用颇受关注,其对细胞通路交互连接有意想不到的生物学影响,并会引起炎症反应、血栓形成和血管增生^[3]。
