摘要
为了探究金叶女贞的光合能力,以女贞为对照,采用比色法和光合仪测定法,研究了金叶女贞的光合色素特性及光合性能。光合色素的测定结果表明:金叶女贞的各种色素含量均明显低于女贞,但其类胡萝卜素的相对含量却显著高于女贞,且其叶绿素a与b的含量比极高。离体光合色素的光降解速率的实验结果表明:金叶女贞叶绿素a的光稳定性低于女贞,但其叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素对光的稳定性却远远高于女贞。光合仪的测定结果表明:金叶女贞单位量光合色素的净光合速率、气孔导度均高于女贞,其胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率均低于女贞。在综合分析所有实验数据的基础上,还提出了一些值得深入研究的相关问题。
Taking Ligustrum lucidum as CK, the photosynthetic pigments characterritics and photosynthesis abilities in L. vicaryi were studied. The results showed that every kind of pigment contents in.leaves ofL. vicaryi were obviously lower than those of CK, but the relative content of carotenoid was obviously higher than that of CK, and ratio of chlorophyll a content to chlorophyll b content was significant higher. In the experiment of separate photosynthetic pigments which exposed to the sun light, the stability to light in L. vicaryi's chlorophyll-a was lower than that of CK, but the stability of chlorophyll-b and carotenoid was much higher than that of CK. The photosynthesis meter determination result indicated that the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance in L. vicaryi were higher than those in L. lucidum, while the internal CO2 consistency and transpiration rate in L. vicaryi were all lower than those in L. lucidum. Based on comprehensively analysis of the experimental data, lots of questions which had in-deep research value were suggested.
