摘要
Desikote MAX是一种天然生物提取物,具有成膜性好、抗寒性强、安全无毒等优点。为了探索Desikote MAX对柑橘果实的留树保鲜效果,采用不同稀释度(400、200、100倍)的Desikote MAX定期对宫川柑橘树体进行喷施处理,就不同稀释度的Desikote MAX处理对宫川柑橘果实的留树保鲜效果进行了试验研究。结果表明:Desikote MAX处理能延缓柑橘的可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和Vc含量的下降,且能有效抑制浮皮率、褐变度的上升,其中以稀释度为200倍的Desikote MAX喷施处理的效果为最佳。
Desikote MAX is a natural biological extract, which is safe and not poisonous. It can quickly form a film and raise performance of anti-cold and anti-drought. In order to study fresh-keeping effect of Desikote MAX on Gongchuan Orange in tree, Gongchuan Orange trees were sprayed by different dilutions(400, 200, 100x). The results showed that Desikote MAX treatment could alleviate decline of total soluble solids, TA content, Vc content, and control brouning degree and puffiness rate effectively. The effect of 200x dilutions Desikote MAX was the best.
