摘要
为探讨不同砧木与葡萄柚的嫁接亲合性,将由美国引进的9个葡萄柚品种分别嫁接在枳壳、本地酸柚和美国酸橙砧木上,分析了嫁接愈合过程愈伤组织中POD,PPO和PAL 3种酶活性的变化。结果表明:葡萄柚哈路比与枳壳、本地酸柚均有较强嫁接亲和力;里约红与本地酸柚、美国酸橙嫁接亲和力较强;帕利斯与美国酸橙亲和力较强;矮化、星路比与枳壳嫁接亲和力强。美国酸橙较本地酸柚和枳壳更适合作为葡萄柚的砧木,但从愈合情况数据统计上看不出其优越性。
To learn grafting affinity of different stock with grapefruit, nine varieties of grapefruit introduced from USA were grafted, taking Poncirus trifoliata (L) Raf, C. grandis aurantium and C. aurantium Linn as rootstocks, variation of POD, PPO and PAL activities in callus during graft healing process were analyzed. The results showed that Hudson had stronger affinity with P. trifoliata and C. grandis. RioRed had stronger affinity with C. grandis and C. aurantium. Perlis t had stronger affinity with C. aurantium. Genetic Dwar f and StarRuby had stronger affinity with P. trifoliata. So C. aurantium was more suitable for grapefruit rootstock than P. trifoliata and C. grandis, and the advantage was not be obviously based on the statistical data on healing status.
