摘要
为了对吴茱萸的栽培进行科学的规划,文章对我国吴茱萸主要产区湘西自治州8个县市种植的吴茱萸的主要药用成分吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱进行了调查、测定与分析。结果表明:8个县市的吴茱萸总碱的平均含量为1.62%,其中吴茱萸碱的平均含量为1.37%,吴茱萸次碱的平均含量为0.25%;8个县市的吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的差异不显著,且产品质量的差异性也不显著,说明在湘西自治州立地条件适宜的地方均适合吴茱萸的生长;但含量最高的是花垣县龙潭镇和民乐乡的吴茱萸样品(达2.12%),比其他7个县市的平均值(1.54%)高出37.66%;野生状态下花垣龙潭镇民乐乡的吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱与其他7个县市的差异具有显著性,这说明野生状态下的吴茱萸产量虽不高,但其有效成分含量却高于人工栽培的。
In order to make scientific cultivation planing, main medicinal ingredients (including evodiamine and rutaecarpine) in Evodia rutaecarpa at 8 counties of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture were investigated, determined and analyzed, which was main production area. The results showed that average content of total alkaloids in E. rutoecarpa from 8 counties were 1.62%, and contents of evdiamine and rutaecarpa were 1.37% and 0.25%, respectively. Evdiamine content, rutaecarpa content and product quality had no significant differences between the samples from 8 counties, which indicated that E. rutaecarpa was adapt to growth in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. But the content of total alkaloids in samples from Huanyuan was the highest (2.12%), 37.66% higher than average content (1.54%)from other 7counties. The contents of evdiamine and rutaecarpa in the wild sample from Huanyuan had significant differences with that from other 7 county. Yield of wild E. rutoecarpa from Huanyuan was not high, but content of effective components was more higher than in artificial cultivation samples.
