摘要
为给品种(系)适应性研究提供理论依据,采用温室栽培17个核桃品种(系),人工接种核桃黑斑病、核桃褐斑病等病原物,调查统计叶片感病指数,比较不同核桃品种(系)抗病能力大小。结果表明,品种间抗病性间差异显著。17个品种(无性系)叶片抗病性从低到高依次是鲁果1号、鲁果3号、重庆、泰勒、岱香、云新7926、云新7914号、元丰、京746、香玲、中林5号、鲁光、辽宁1号、清香、自选45号、云新8064号、泡核桃。多重比较结果表明:鲁果1号与中林5号、鲁光、辽宁1号、清香、自选45号、云新8064号、泡核桃的抗病性间存在显著差异;鲁果3号与云新8064号、泡核桃的抗病性间存在显著差异;泡核桃分别与鲁果1号、鲁果3号、重庆、泰勒、岱香、云新7926号、云新7914号、元丰的抗病性间存在显著差异。
In order to provide theoretical foundation for researches on adaptability of cultivars or clones, taking 17 cultivars or clones in walnut cultured in greenhouse as materials, infection index of leaf was investigated, disease resistance was compared among the cultivars or clones by artificial inoculating the pathogens of walnut black patch and leaf spot. The results showed that disease resistance among the cultivars or clones had significant differences. The order based on disease resistance from high to low was Luguo No.I, Luguo No.3, Chongqing, Taile, Daixiang, Yunxin 7926, Yunxin 7914, Yuanfeng, Jing 746, Xiangling, Zhonglin No.5, Luguang, Liaoning No. 1, Qingxiang, Self-selection No.45, Yunxin 8064, Paohetao. The results of multiple comparison showed that the disease resistance of Luguo No. 1 had significant differences with the indexes of Zhonglin No.5, Luguang, Liaoning No. 1, Qingxiang, Self-selection No.45, Yunxin 8064 and Paohetao, the disease resistance of Luguo No.3 had significant differences with the indexes of Yunxin 8064 and Paohetao, and the disease resistance of Paohetao had significant differences with the indexes of Luguo No. 1, Luguo No.3, Chongqing, Taile, Daixiang, Yunxin 7926, Yunxin 7914 and Yuanfeng.
