英夫利西单抗在类风湿关节炎中的临床应用

类风湿关节炎（RA）是一个累及周围关节为主的多系统炎症性自身免疫病;其特征症状为对称性、持续性多个周围关节的慢性炎症病变,如不及时治疗,可导致骨破坏和关节功能障碍。在RA发病中有多种促炎细胞因子参与,如TNF-α、
