小鼠紫外线皮肤损伤模型的建立及T4N5给药实验

摘要 评价T4N5蛋白脂质体剂型在紫外线辐射所导致的皮肤损伤中的作用。正常小鼠脱毛并给以一定剂量紫外线照射后给药,对各组进行比较。结果表明:照射组和安慰剂组皮肤外观及组织结构可见显著改变,给药组情况明显优于上述2组。初步表明T4N5蛋白具有较强的修复紫外线所导致的皮肤损伤的特性。 The study evaluated the effect of T4N5 protein liposome formulations in ultraviolet injury skin, and compared the detersile mice skin condition after established ultraviolet radiation and medi- cation. The results showed that the skin structure and appearance of illumination group and the place- bo group had apparently changed, and the medication group was superior to the above two groups The preliminary results indicated that T4N5 protein shows the characteristics of repairing skin damage caused by UV.
