摘要
针对当前高校电子服务的发展,提出了构建一个以模糊评测算法为核心、以高校电子服务平台作为载体、以获取用户满意度为目标的数字服务评价系统。采用单因素评测模型和多因素评测模型,分析并计算用户满意度情况,最终分别反馈给用户和管理员,为用户和管理员提供一个有效的数据交换中介。系统旨在"以用户为中心",将为用户提供良好的服务质量作为最终目标。
view of the development of current university electronic service, the digital service evaluation system is put forward using fuzzy evaluation algorithm as the core, university electronic service platform as the carrier, user satisfaction as the target. The single factor evaluation model and the evaluation model of multiple factors are adopted. The degree of user satisfaction is analyzed and calculated, which is respectively feedback to users and administrators finally. Effective data exchange for users and administrators is provided. The system regards the users as center, aims to provide good service to users.
