摘要
结合承担本单位某项目软件质量保证员和配置管理员的经验,谈了在软件质量管理中的经验做法,提出在软件质量管理中,要重视策划阶段的各项工作、注重设计和开发的过程控制、坚持软件质量管理的原则等。
Combining with the experience of software quality assurance manager,the author discusses software quality management in practice. The author puts forward that in soft-ware quality management, attention should be paid to the work of planning stage, the design and development of process control, adhering to the principle of software quality management.
