青岛市海岛社区参与旅游影响因素分析——基于二项Logistic回归模型

On Influence Factors of Island Community Participation in Tourism of Qingdao——Based on a Binary Logistic Regression Model

青岛市海岛旅游的发展实践表明,海岛社区参与已逐渐成为促进海岛旅游健康发展的重要途径。但由于海岛社区不同于传统陆地社区,受经济基础、教育水平、地理环境等客观条件所限,社区中居民的参与意识、家庭收入以及旅游资源、旅游业发展情况、经济效益、景区与居民的关系等因素,均会不同程度的影响到其参与旅游的效果。鉴于此,青岛市可以从做好旅游宣传工作、注重利益分配关系的和谐、重视开发规划、保护海岛环境、合理规范海岛旅游业等方面入手解决海岛社区参与旅游中存在的问题。

The development practice of island tourism in Qingdao shows that the island community participation is becoming a healthy and important way for the promotion of island tourism. But there is difference between island communities and traditional terrestrial communities. Many factors, such as the restriction of economic foundation, educational level, and geographical environment, influence island tourism in such aspects as the participation consciousness of island residents, family income, tourism resources, development of tourism industry, economic benefits, relationships between scenic spots and residents and so on. Accordingly, we should enhance the tourism promotion, pay attention to the balance of the interest＇s distribution and the development plan, protect the environment of islands, and conduct a reasonable management of island tourism industry to solve the problems in the island community participation in the tourism.
