摘要
设计了一种基于图形化编程语言LabVIEW的故障信息管理系统。详细描述了利用LabVIEW调用数据库的技术手段以及故障信息管理系统的设计方案。该系统主要用于管理装备的历史故障信息,可以为维修人员提供故障信息的编辑、存储、检索和更新等功能。该系统软件设计的核心技术是通过LabVIEW开发环境访问Access数据库。作为故障诊断系统的信息管理和辅助维修工具,该系统已成功运用到某型便携式维修检测仪中,并取得了良好的应用效果。
This text designed a kind of failure information management system which based on graphic programming language-LabVIEW, described in detail on the technical means of invoking database in LabVIEW and the design scheme of failure information management system. The system mainly used for managing the history failure information of equipment, it can provide the functions that include editing, saving, indexing and renewing failure information for maintainer. The core technique of software design is visiting Access database through LabVIEW development environment, As failure information management and aided maintenance tool of fault diagnosis system, the system has already successfully applied to a certain type of Portable Maintenance Aids, and good result has been achieved.
