摘要
信息化环境中的学习是多元化、互动的,既涉及到个人学习的发展,又关系到在互动信息环境中个人与组织的相互促进、提高。分析了学习绩效的涵义,结合信息化环境的特征,运用绩效技术系统的评价方法,对信息化环境中学习绩效评价的步骤与方法进行了探讨。
The information in the environment learning is multivariate, interactive, which involves the development of individual learning, and relations in interactive information environment to individual and organization to promote each other, improve. This paper analyzed the meaning of learning performance, combined with the characteristics of information environment, the use of performance technology system evaluation method, the information to learn in an environment of the performance evaluation of steps and methods are discussed.
